Who we are

Named after the Greek goddess of the dawn, Eos Wellness aims to help you rise and shine again.

I'm Sarah, founder of Eos Wellness and I am passionate about helping people refind their inner spark. Just as our forebears lived in harmony with their natural world, it is my aim to help people now live in harmony not only with our natural world, but our own bodies too. It's no secret we're more stressed than ever, but by taking the time to listen

 to our bodies, we can find alignment and live our most fulfilling life.

Just as no two sunrises are the same, no two bodies are the same which is why all our treatments and private yoga classes are completely bespoke.
