Prices
Yoga, Sound Baths, Group Meditation
Choose from a variety of yoga styles, including vinyasa, yin, restorative, and nidra, as well as Sound Baths and Group Meditation with hands-on reiki.

Each class is tailored to the needs of your guests (and can be prenatal friendly too).
Classes run for a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes.

Prices start from £45 for 30 minutes to £85 for 90 minutes.

Treatments
Pamper your guests with a bespoke treatment including massages, Indian Head massage, and reiki.

All treatments are safe for people who are pregnant, as well as those living with cancer.

Prices start from £32/ person for 8 - 10 people, £34 / person for a 30-minute treatment for 4-7 people.

Add £5/ treatment for 45-minute treatments.
