Why is workplace wellbeing needed?

Stress and work go hand in hand, but as an employer you can relieve some of that stress by instigating some sort of wellbeing program.

We know that many employees will encounter not only physical tension in the neck, shoulders and back, repetitive strain injuries in the wrists and hands, but mental tension including headaches, difficulty sleeping, stress and anxiety.

Which when compounded can have a negative impact on not only productivity, but team morale.

By offering corporate wellness treatments to your employees, you can have a positive impact on their mental and physical wellbeing both in and out of the workplace.

Where do wellness treatments take place?

All our wellbeing treatments can take place in your workplace, or at a space of your choosing.

If you're opting for massage treatments for your employees, all we ask for is a quiet room.

For yoga flows, we need enough space to set up mats, but we can discuss this on your consultation.

What type of workplace massages do you offer?

So we don't disturb the work day too much, we still offer our Signature EOS massage, but clients remain fully clothed, seated in our special massage chair.

We also offer Indian Head Massages and Reiki.

All treatments are suitable for mums to be (+12 weeks), and those living with conditions such as Cancer and MS who are normally contraindicated.

Treatments last 15 - 45 minutes depending on your specifications.

How much does a workplace wellbeing package cost?

Our corporate wellness packages are completely tailored to your business needs.

Our typical pricing for holistic treatments starts at £82/ hour for a minimum of 2 hours.

Treatments can be from 15 minutes to 45 minutes per person.

Our corporate yoga pricing is £90 / hour. It is possible to offer two 30-minute classes within the hour.

Single 30 minute classes can be booked on a minimum 4-week term.

Classes can accommodate up to 15 people.
